Frank Browning was a Plymouth painter, mainly in watercolour, who worked in Devon & Cornwall. He usually painted quite large format scenes. Friend of G.H.Jenkins, he exhibited at the Athenaeum, Plymouth and was a member of the Plymouth Sketching Club. Dates are unknown, but was active towards the end of 19th. C. A very large, beautifully executed late 19th. C.watercolour, quality frame, & washline mount at a now exceptional price!
