Born in Reigate. Studied at Bristol, & the Slade. In 1930 married, & settled in St. Ives. Became RBA., & ROI., Member of STISA 1932-63, and Vice-President & Chairman 1949-54. Exhibited widely and is in the following public collections:- Bournemouth, Hereford, Leamington,Stoke, & St. Ives. Excellent quality large example by this artist in ornate swept frame, completely ready to hang.
