Born in Honiton. Became an art master at Alhallows School from 1893-1930s. Exhibited locally at Elands Gallery, Exeter, & Worths Gallery, Exeter.

In superb condition, with a quality frame & mount. It is quite rare to find views of Totnes by this artist.
